Senior People Administrator, Virgin Management, London

We need a Senior People Administrator to join our team in London to provide high-quality and efficient administrative support. You'll be supporting the People Team to deliver exceptional people processes (including recruitment, learning & development, employee engagement, employee relations, & performance management), preparing paperwork relating to new joiners, employees and leavers, ensuring any changes are reflected on the HR system and fed through to the relevant payroll, and providing support on projects and other administrative tasks as required.

Company Secretarial Assistant, Virgin Management, London

We're looking for a Company Secretarial Assistant to assist in the provision of company secretarial services to the UK Virgin companies (and overseas companies if required but subject to local laws) in order to ensure that they comply with best practice and statutory requirements. We need someone who can assist in preparation of circulation of board and committee documentation and maintain minute books, undertake distribution of board documentation in respect of the Group’s FCA regulated entity, co-ordinate information required in relation to FCA Approved Persons and maintain compliance schedules, and provide guidance to directors, in agreement with either the Deputy Company Secretary or Senior Assistant Company Secretary, advising them on their duties and responsibilities.

Specialist - Regulatory Affairs, Virgin Atlantic, Crawley

As Specialist, Regulatory Affairs, you will be responsible for protecting and enhancing Virgin Atlantic’s interests in the economic regulation of airports and airspace, with a focus on Heathrow and Gatwick. Reporting to the Director of External Affairs, you will be working on high profile issues that matter to our customers and the business, like the funding and delivery of Heathrow expansion, the CAA’s H7 Heathrow price control review, and the CAA’s RP3’ NATS regulatory review. You will lead on defined policy issues, with the recently launched government aviation strategy consultation process an immediate priority.  

We need an effective communicator with a focus on relationship building with internal and external stakeholders and someone confident in challenging often contentious charges or regulatory negotiations. You will be able to produce concise and effective briefings, having assimilated detailed and lengthy reports/consultation papers/impact assessments. Early Careers Specialist, Virgin Media, Hook

This is an exciting time to join Virgin Media as an Early Careers Specialist. Our Graduate, Intern and Apprenticeship Programmes are a strategic priority to ensure Virgin Media has a strong entry level talent pipeline. This role will play a role in how we shape and develop our growing Early Careers Programme activity for the future. Reporting into the Graduate & Intern Manager, this role forms an integral part of the Early Careers Team, who manage apprenticeships, interns and graduate programmes. This role will specifically support all Early Careers pipelines and ultimately you will be responsible for project managing programme recruitment activity, working closely with recruitment suppliers and stakeholders to meet business needs, managing social media content, assessment centre management and onboarding activities, and leading the co-ordination of programme events.
